I will be honest with you.

If you are using article marketing as a way to rank at the top of Google, you will be disappointed. I carried out an experiment and submitted 350 of my own articles to 150 article directories each.. Uptil now the rankings increase is minimal.

I would suggest instead going with quality incoming links instead. Do not post unrelated articles to your website because that makes your website look junky. It will also not increase your rankings.

Here is a service which provides you high quality links for minimal price:

Yes, you can. When ever you post article, give a link to your website. But your articles should be unique and resource full, After all

1. why should a user come to your website, if it is already on some other good sites?
2. why search engines should sent you traffic, if your content is not unique??

Only way to resolve this is , write good and quality articles. Writing articles that are not related to your article, will require a little bit more effort.
I saw ur website.. You can write articles on Cardiovascular system
Respiratory system, Renal system, Nervous system any thing related to your field. But write in a way that it seems to be unique. But posting unique articles can not be done with each website.

This can also be resolved. I have given you reference below that i also use. You can write unique articles and post them on this site. Than use their social marking services to post same article to other 150+ websites.
i hope this will definitely help you
References :
http://expertscolumn.com/content/writing-guidelines

Google gives much value on the RELEVANCY of the site's content on its niche. So posting irrelevant articles on your site will not help increase your keyword rankings in SERP. If I were, just provide your site with related, interesting and informative content. This will not just help your to increase your rankings in google but also make your site more credible and reliable for your visitors..
References :
http://www.teamcreatives.com/services/seo.html

Posting irrelevant articles to increase your website ranking?
When you have back-links from irrelevant theme websites why would Google give you weight-age to your website?

Only relevant authority back links will help you increase on-line reputation
References :
www.portfolioforbikes.com

Great SEO is more than just articles with links. How well is your on-page optimization? How easy can a visitor and a spider navigate your site? How competitive are the keywords that you are pursuing and how well do your online/page 1 competitors rank?

Remember comes to links quality is better than quantity. You are better off with 200 links from sites/pages with a page rank of 5 or higher than you are with 2000 links from sites/pages with a page rank of 1.

Plus, if you have articles that are not related to your site you will potentially be receiving a high volume of traffic that is just going to click through your site because it was not relevant to their search. This will paint an innacurate picture you your analytics.

Try doing some blog posts as well. Just make sure when you do them they do not appear spammy or else they may not get posted. If you type Internet Marketing Company into a Google search, call the company that comes up first. If they can get to the top of page one they can probably do it for you.
References :
Maggi,

The only question is why?

People interested in your article will find it on an article directory. If your bio URL directs them to your website which noting to do with the article, the visitor will have no interest in your subject matter.

What's more is some article directores have high PR which may help your website, but many do not.

My suggestion is to do the traditiona article traffic strategy and post articles to drive traffic from interested searchers to your website.
